Tankless Water Heater Installation (Santa Clarita)
The Challenge
The customer’s tanked water heater was aging. He wanted to get ahead of the issue and replace it.
Our Solution
We installed a fresh Noritz tankless water heater system. In addition to other tankless heater benefits, the customer was able to take advantage of a SoCal gas rebate.
Septic Tank Installation (Bell Canyon)
The Challenge
The customer’s old septic tank had broken and was leaking sewage into the ground.
Our Solution
We removed the old tank and replaced it with a new, functional unit. The lifespan of the new tank means the homeowners will never have to worry about it for the rest of their time in this home.
NOTE: Even professionals can have fun on the job! Our team member couldn’t resist posing with the hole left by the old septic tank.
New Construction Plumbing (Calabasas)
The Challenge
New building construction required rough plumbing installation.
Our Solution
We installed plumbing for the new building as directed. Pictured above is an ABS drain line with a cleanout, which will make it easy to access the line and clear any blockages in the future.
Sewer Pipe Repair (Chatsworth)
The Challenge
The main sewer pipe had broken.
Our Solution
We cut through the concrete to reveal the section of broken pipe, then performed repairs to restore function.
Drain Line Replacement (Northridge)
The Challenge
Outside drains required replacement.
Our Solution
We installed new ABS drain lines to replace the old piping.
NOTE: The Lynch Plumbing crew loves animals of all kinds, including chickens!
Tankless Water Heater Install (Reseda)
The Challenge
The customer’s old water heater was no longer functional and was unable to be repaired.
Our Solution
We replaced the old unit with a new Noritz tankless water heater, and hot water access was restored.
NOTE: Like all of our techs, Robert and Dillon take pride in their work.
Sewer Pipe Break Repair (West Hills)
The Challenge
A sewer pipe had broken in the ground, which allowed dirt to enter and compact inside the pipe. This blocked the flow of water.
Our Solution
We removed the old, blocked piping and relined the sewer with new ABS pipe. The line was then able to flow freely.

Robert was able to quickly find the cause of the problem and got his team working on it ASAP.
